Infinite Expectations LLC

Effective Date: October 20, 2026

Last Updated: October 20, 2026

Infinite Expectations LLC ("we," "us," or "our") evaluates and purchases residential properties. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit www.infiniteexpectations.com, contact us, request a property offer, or discuss a potential transaction with us.

Information you provide

We collect the information you provide through forms and communications. Depending on the form or interaction, this may include your name, telephone number, email address, property street address, city, state and ZIP code, property condition, selling timeframe, asking price, ownership or authority to discuss a sale, additional property details, correspondence, and communication preferences or consent selections.

Our existing website contact forms collect contact information and messages. Our separately configured seller inquiry form also asks for property information. Fields identified as optional do not have to be completed. Information marked as required is needed to submit the relevant form.

Please do not provide Social Security numbers, banking credentials, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through our general inquiry forms.

Property research and public records

We may obtain information from assessor and property records, tax and tax-lien records, ownership and land records, foreclosure or auction notices, property listings, and other lawful property research sources. This information may include owner names, mailing addresses, parcel identifiers, property characteristics, assessed values, and transaction history.

Public records can be incomplete or outdated. A tax delinquency or tax-lien record does not by itself mean that a home is offered for sale.

How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate properties and potential purchase terms; verify ownership and property details; coordinate conversations, appointments, inspections and due diligence; arrange title review, financing and closing; maintain research, transaction and communication records; document preferences; and address fraud, security concerns, disputes and legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not obligate you to sell, guarantee an offer, or create a purchase agreement.

Website forms and business systems

Hostinger: Hostinger provides our website and its existing native contact forms. Submissions through those forms are stored in the Hostinger dashboard and generate email notifications to admin@infiniteexpectations.com.

GoDaddy business email: We use GoDaddy for business email. Form notification emails and correspondence received by our business may be processed and stored through that email service.

HighLevel: We use HighLevel to manage seller inquiries, including submissions through our Request a Property Offer form on this website. Our existing Hostinger contact forms operate separately and do not automatically create HighLevel contacts.

Airtable: We use Airtable as an internal database for property research, acquisition tracking and underwriting. Seller inquiries submitted through our HighLevel form may be copied into Airtable for internal review and recordkeeping, including submitted contact and property information, campaign context, consent evidence and related submission metadata. This transfer does not itself authorize marketing communications.

Our use of these services does not mean that every inquiry is sent to every system.

Inquiry communications and optional marketing

We may respond to a property inquiry using the contact details you provide, consistent with your selections and applicable requirements. Responses may concern property details, questions, appointments, purchase terms or transaction coordination.

Where offered, promotional email consent is a separate, optional choice. Agreeing to marketing emails is not a condition of requesting or receiving an offer. You can withdraw that choice through the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing email or by contacting us.

Submitting a form does not authorize promotional SMS messages or automated marketing calls, including artificial-voice or prerecorded marketing calls. The separately configured seller form does not seek that permission. If we introduce those communication methods, we will address the necessary notices and permissions before using them.

You may ask us to stop using a particular contact method. Withdrawing optional marketing permission does not automatically end communications about an active inquiry or transaction that you have requested and that are otherwise permitted.

Sharing information

We limit service-provider and transaction-related sharing to legitimate business operations and potential or completed property transactions. Recipients may include hosting, email, CRM and database providers; property research services; title companies and closing professionals; inspectors and contractors; financing providers; and attorneys, accountants or other professional advisers. Information shared should be relevant to the service or transaction involved.

We may also disclose information in response to legal requirements or valid legal process, or to address fraud, disputes, security concerns and protection of rights. We do not wholesale purchase contracts, sell homeowner leads, or share homeowner inquiry information with unrelated investors for their independent marketing. This policy does not treat an inquiry or an optional email-marketing selection as authorization for unrelated third-party promotional communications.

Technical information and cookies

Providing a website and online forms involves processing technical information. Hosting and technology providers may process connection and device information, such as IP addresses, browser information and request times, to deliver and protect their services. Forms may also capture technical context, such as time zone and campaign parameters in a link. Our separately configured seller form captures a campaign value supplied through the utm_campaign parameter.

Our website and service providers may use cookies or similar technologies for enabled functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them may affect some features.

This policy does not authorize the addition of advertising tracking. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will review the relevant disclosures and visitor choices before using them.

Retention and security

We retain information according to its purpose and continuing business or legal need, including evaluating inquiries, researching properties, managing transactions, keeping consent and communication records, addressing disputes and maintaining required records. Completed transaction records may need to be kept longer than inquiries that do not lead to a transaction. We do not specify one fixed retention period for all information.

You may request deletion. We will review the request, the information involved and any continuing retention requirements. Deletion from an active system may not immediately remove copies held in provider backups or archives.

We seek to protect information using reasonable measures appropriate to its nature and rely in part on the safeguards of the service providers we use. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about information associated with you, request access or correction, request deletion, or change communication preferences. The rights and limits applicable to a request can depend on your location and circumstances. We may need reasonable verification of your identity or authority before acting on a request. Please do not send sensitive identity documents unless we have arranged an appropriate method.

Send requests to privacy@infiniteexpectations.com. You may also contact admin@infiniteexpectations.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry or property and explain your request.

Children and external websites

Our website and property acquisition services are intended for adults and people authorized to discuss a property transaction. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review it.

Links to external websites are subject to those operators' own privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

Policy updates

We may update this policy as our services and information practices change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revision date. We will address additional notice or consent when required for a change.
